Who We Are

The Lamb Foundation is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Montgomery County, Pa. We provide affordable housing and support services to senior citizens and adult individuals with mental, physical, and developmental disabilities who would otherwise be homeless.

More than 200 residents call the Lamb Foundation home. As members of the Lamb family, residents have the opportunity to learn, laugh, work, and enjoy leisure within the comfort of familial homes.

In addition to fully furnished and decorated housing, we provide social and recreational activities, personal support services, and access and encouragement for worship. Lamb residents are placed by interests, needs, and personalities to join homes where they will quickly become friends. Read more about life at Lamb and our support services.

By providing unique daily life and growth opportunities in a small, walkable community, Lamb Foundation residents live complete family-oriented lives in homes in North Wales and Lansdale boroughs.

In addition to providing housing and support services, we serve the community with nutritious food for those who quality through our food pantry, Cornucopia Cupboard. And through Lamb Manger Emergency Housing, the Lamb Foundation provides housing on a day-to-day basis for individuals and families in emergency situations.
